Ham factory producing one of the sweetest hams in Italy, naturally seasoned, with no preservatives, and recognized as a Traditional Bio Product of Lombardy. We produce other cold cuts as well, like Salame di Coscia and ancient cold cuts tipical in Brianza as "vaniglia", the authentic liver mortadella, and some varieties of bacon: Tesa Brianzola and the lightly smoked Collinetta. Our specialties: bresaola and Celtic carpaccio, made with Italian Chianina meat.
